TWEEDLE DEE

In Alice in Wonderland, the Tweedle brothers are portrayed as two strange fellows just thinking of singing, playing, and squeaking like rubber toys every time they bang each other. The musical madness of these two funny fellows gives the pitch to this septet, Tweedle-Dee, born in 2010 from the meeting between Robin Fincker and Julien Desprez and their desire to create a dynamic and multiple orchestra through members of the collective Londoner Loop and the Coax Collective based in Paris. Together, they share the desire to go off the marked trails and develop a project that is based on collective participation, no leadership in this Franco-British group. Improvisation is understood not as an end in itself, but as a way of resonating all current music.
